Didn't do formal workout yesterday, but I got up at 7AM and didn't sit down until almost 10:30PM, so we're going to call that a workout since most of it was doing stuff in the yard. I also closed all my rings so the watch agrees with me. A little sore today which means I'm probably going to be more sore tomorrow. All good, confirmation of life and all, right?

I bought some protein bars at Costco yesterday because they were on sale and I've been looking for something easy and tasty. Numbers on them weren't bad, so in moderation, they'll be fine. I think they're going to be my pre-workout choice since they have a mix of carbs and protein and might carry me a little further than almonds and chocolate chips. Might cut them in half, haven't decided yet.
