And away we go... currently in the middle of a perfect storm. Mom is here, staying for a month. She has a sweet tooth and brings crap into the house. My great aunt passed Saturday, she was 101, so not unexpected, but being San Diego during the week of ComiCon, I'm going to have to house relatives coming through town for the funeral activities. On top of that, I have three huge projects at work that just happened to kick off on Friday, the one day I took most of the way off in months. I'm not going to say I'm sorry, but wow, do I have a lot of emails to deal with today in between meetings.

I am going to continue to log my food religiously. Every bit of it. I am going to make sure that I hit all three of my rings daily, I increased my daily burn goal to 600 and I've been hitting it on my activity days. I did take two days off last week, but they were intentional, so should be easy to pick back up. Mom is being negative about my brother and his wife (it's real, I get it, but move forward) so she needs to figure out a new living situation. I'm happy to provide temporary shelter, but I don't think living together permanently is healthy for either of us. I have a good friend network in place, they're already on alert to smack me if I seem to be spiraling down or outward. I'm going to have to focus really hard to stay healthy and on target. I've already spoken to mom about getting rid of all of the extra stuff I was "gifted" from my dad's house. I didn't want to offend anyone, but I don't want it. I think we'll shoot for the AMVETs truck visiting by mid-July. Yes, I know that's soon. I've been tripping over all this extra stuff and I'm over it.

Edit: logged the cupcake I've been picking at since Friday night as a single cupcake. it had a pretty good run since it's been here since the 6th.
