Woke at 228.0, up 2.0 from yesterday after eating for the first time in four days. I was out quite late with some friends and ended up getting just a few hours of sleep. Lunch out today with my daughter Em and a work friend who wants to talk to her about a potential job. My sister Nancy surprised me yesterday and said she is coming down for the holiday weekend. She will be here at about 3. I think any plans for fasting this weekend just went out the window! Have a great day and weekend, everyone. UPDATE: Sushi and ice cream were on tap tonight. Before that, weighed 227.6. Hit more than 10K steps today, so the calorie burn will be high.
