Woke at 234.8, up 1.4 from yesterday. Ate extra last night to try to hit my protein macro (which is high at 180 per day). I think I need to back off that a bit and simply eat until I'm satisfied, whether I hit that macro or not. Was hungry this morning, but pushed through and just had black coffee. Will do some fasting for a few days or until my next social gathering at work. I should note that I am losing body fat and gaining lean mass, although the scale is not moving. I'm down 2.8 pounds of BF in the last month, and this is my 20 day trend, not a spot check. UPDATE: Urologist appointment this morning. PSA is OK at 2.1 but trending up. Need to keep an eye on that. I asked for a full testosterone panel to validate that my weight gain over the past year is not related to that.

Nodding along - while I'm no where near your neighborhood of healthy I do try to tell myself it's okay to not fulfill my RDI or macros now and then - it makes up for the days that I go over and hopefully all averages out. This force feeding myself can't be healthy... ?
