Woke at 234.0, down 2.0 after a fasting Thursday. Checked glucose and ketone levels and got good 75 glucose and .8 mm ketone readings. Will continue the fast until lunch, where I will enjoy something amazing from the Willard Hotel's fine chef. Will make further adjustments over the weekend to get my calorie goal back on track. Much eating away from home this month. UPDATE: Had a great conference and ate all the great food pictured elsewhere today. Also had some pizza and drinks afterward. I was 'whooshing' all day (luckily, I sat in the back). That got me down to 232.2 despite the large lunch and happy hour fare. Ate some burgers and pepper jack cheese at home and I'm still stuffed as of 10 pm!

I know all about Restaurants very quick to add salt and sugar to just about everything, and there is no need for it.. just saying!
