Woke at 230.6, down .2 from yesterday. UPDATE: I was a little disappointed with the 230 this morning because I had a big whoosh last night and had to get up a few times overnight as well. That continued throughout the work day and when I got home I was rewarded with a nice 227.2. That's the lowest in a while. I was really hungry all day, too, which is weird. Ate a salad and a couple of packs of tuna before getting home, and then had some more meatloaf. UPDATE: Did my podcast tonight and then got famished again. I ate another 700 calories of food. Macros still look good but I must be having a growth spurt or something! LOL. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
