Woke at 225.0, down 4.0 from yesterday. The whoosh continues! I'm also noticing that my resting heart rate has increased to 58-60 the last couple of days. Usually it's in the mid to high 40s. That may be burning off more calories, too. UPDATE: Slept 12 hours last night but I just took another 1.5 hour nap. Sweating like crazy as my body tries to fight off the cold. UPDATE: Got to 224.6 at 6 pm. Denise made Mediterranean Beef, which was just what the doctor ordered! Should not have had a glass of red wine with the cold medicine in me, but hey, she already opened the bottle for the recipe!

12 hours of sleep plus 1.5 of nap! How do you do that?? I slept 5 hours last night 😢😭😴. and this morning after one hour of exercise and a hot bath I "slept" one hour on the couch while hearing all the noise of my family members. (kind of sleeping-awake)
