Woke at 235.0, up 2.4 from yesterday. Plan to fast until dinner tonight, which will be out again. Will work from home tomorrow and likely will do OMAD at least. UPDATE: Came in at 233.6 after some movement at work. Had a fun happy hour with a lot of friends and had a fabulous steak dinner as shown in the photos. Going to have to OMAD tomorrow!

Of course not! You and I both have this tendency and it is usually comes from A) eating out, or B) alcohol and then going off-plan. With your job it has to be hard, but you did it before. Let's do this!
