Woke at 230.2, down 1.4 from yesterday. Will eat pretty light today. Started with a protein coffee. Resting heart rate back to 49. It dropped to 50 yesterday (after my fasting Friday). Still need to read up on that relationship and determine what it means to my weight loss goals. UPDATE: Got down to 230.0 before dinner.

I'm interested in what your research will show about resting heart rate and weight loss. Also I'm interested in protein coffee. I may have to do some more research myself. It looks like it might be a cold drink. Nice drop!!!

My resting heart rate is below 50 and I’d be interested to know how it affects weight loss as well! As for the heart health, I am under the impression it is a good sign
