This is going to be a brutal week at work with few opportunities to get up and move around. I am still going to make the pack walk on Tuesday since they start later and I can claim to be eating dinner or something. I'm trying to make sure I make all my movements count. I have a pair of 10 lb weights next to my desk and a cheap balance board underneath. I figure if I do a set of ten every time I get up and twist my way through meetings it will help avert any major damage.

Crazy how everyone at work is all "Happy Holidays" as they dump work on you and dance away. #sametoyouandthensome
