Woke at 220.2, down 4.4 from yesterday. Drank a large blueberry-kale smoothie at noon to break the fast. Lots of carbs from the berries, but got to get the good stuff in now and then. Another quiet weekend of catching up on work after a week of back-to-back meetings and after hours events. Hope you enjoy your Saturday! UPDATE: Weighed 218.8 before dinner and had all the leftover Mediterranean beef and crack chicken. Went super high on calories. Added some red wine later.
