Forgot about muscle recovery last night. I've been trying to alternate my exercise so that I don't incur any repetitive motion injuries. What my brain didn't realize was that all the hauling of blocks and boards was hard on my arms. When I did finally try to swim last night, it was like I was swatting at the water with no power. It wasn't my lungs, it was arms. There was really no strength in them. Tonight, we walk with the pack, work allowing, and maybe soak if it's hard and we get home early enough.

Made some amazing chicken in the pressure cooker last night. The irony of it was that I was being lazy because I didn't feel like going the store for a fresh propane tank for the grill. We'll be eating that the rest of the week, I suspect.

Weather is getting to my favorite time of year. Sunny and mid-70's. Cool at night. This is the best.
