UPDATE: Had a massive day of visiting with my sister Nancy and her boyfriend Zak. Keilin_4 that will never happen. At least for me as soon as I start eating “normal “ the scale goes up 😫

I find that my body will only allow a 2.5 pound loss per week no matter how much I fast. However, this is a 2.5 pounds that I was not able to get without fasting.
