Downloading a huge doc at work, so perfect time to journal since I've been neglecting it last couple of days. Work is crazy, pool has been down, so been walking the dogs as I can since Hogan was cleared to walk again. Scale did move down again - yay - but I am very aware that I need to remain mindful of what I put in my mouth. A lot of social challenges coming up this weekend and next and probably the one after. Tis the season, I guess. Going to turn down a couple of invites. Shooting for quality over quantity and I need to be sure I have the time to exercise and take care of myself.

And of course, turning my attention elsewhere made said download suddenly finish at light speed, so there you go. TIA
