Another beginning:
I'm determined this is my last beginning. I have started and stopped dieting so many times. I have made some progress, but then regained some of the weight. I haven't gotten even close to my goal. I want to lose 80 pounds this year. THIS YEAR. No more stopping and starting. No more excuses. It's not a resolution. It's just my last beginning. I will STAY on this journey this time.

Feeling pretty confident in my new diet plan. Overate by about 100 calories yesterday, but did exercise to make up for it.
