well FS family it's been awhile since I joined I fluctuated up and down up and down and I'm back to the same weight at 298. what is great however as since then my physical abilities are getting better my core strength is improving I am doing half a mile swimming and orange theory fitness three times a week minimum of burning $750 to 1,000 calories per visit. the Revelation I had yesterday is that when I eat my meals I don't have necessary all my proteins with each meal I may have proteins throughout the day but not with each meal that's one the second Discovery also yesterday that my grams of protein intake per day it is 50 to 80 g short of protein. so now as of today I'm effectively increasing my intake of proteins and inconsistently eating protein with every meal so that I may ignite the fat burning machine that I have into motion. I have been doing what I need to do calories and take is great and consistently fluctuating so that my body cannot read it and now I'm just waiting for that fat to burn baby burn.

well I have some thoughts to share now that I started this orangetheory fitness it is extremely intense but I made a decision that I will do everything I can push as hard as I can as much as I can for as long as I can with that going overboard and Overkill. now that it has been three sessions this week and with the modification of my eating I did since Monday I no longer wait until 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. to eat I actually eat something with high protein first thing in the morning then work out later by afternoon time then grab something to eat after that then eat supper. I'm staying at 2200 calories instead of 2,000 because I discovered that I'm burning about a thousand calories at this Orange Theory fitness. so in conclusion I believe that the change of the eating habits so that my body doesn't think I'm holding the food or starving it I was checking my list of intakes I haven't eaten any fast foods and months, self-content is good water intake consistent and roughly 120 to 140 oz a day I am definitely was working out 4 days a week and with the addition of the Orange Theory fitness it seems to have increased the burnout and the use of the muscles that I needed to rehab anyway so I am truly excited about the progress just in this week. I have been visualizing what I would look like fit trim and healthy by the end of this year and 55 lb less, I realize that every time I go to say my weight is 140 lbs something keeps saying 220. So I decided today to listen to my intuition and set my weight at 220 lbs by 12/20/22.
