I am 61 years old. I am at my heaviest and it scares me. I want to be committed to losing 30 pounds and I am afraid of failure. Really Need Help.

Now I am 63... did lose 20 pounds, but Christmas 2023 gain it back... now I need to lose it and make a commitment to keep it off. Really Need Help..3-18-2024
