I'm a Hotelier from the Dordogne, well actually I'm someone who bought a big house near Bergerac for making a hotel and then had to stay at home because of covid, perfect timing, but Hotelier sounds more glamorous and high flying than middle aged person who's so tired the world wild life fund keeps trying to put me in a box and ship me to china (think about it). I have middle age spread combined with a year or two of wining and dining the world to try to get my ideas off the ground. I just kinda woke up one day fat and thought "huh, better do something about that". My family history of heart and cardiovascular disease is a long and grisly one so mainly this is about preserving my health, I'm finally at a point when I am doing the things I want to do and I don't want that kyboshed by the first fine careless rupture.
