Hi,

My first name is Howard and I was born in Holland in 1961. I have always done fairly intensive sporting but after I started working with a computer firm in 1989 things went down on that front and I gained a lot of weight over the years with an ultimate record of 108 kg. by the end of 2011. Three years before that I managed to get back to 87 kg. but obviously that didn't hold too long:-) Anyways, I was already back on the right track but got a brain stroke out of the thin air early May of this year. Recovery went and is going fairly well but I definitely need a better control of my weight. Fatsecret seems like the right app to get, and keep, a better insight in my eating behaviours.
