Ate a lot of veggies yesterday, hoping to push through some stuff. Got in a good walk before the rain started. Feeling a little bloated this morning, hope that issue resolves itself before we meet with the scale masters at noon. Still going to eat second breakfast. I had no major cheats last week other than the not enough chicken incident and that just led to me feeling funky when I tried to resolve it with eggs.

Been having a thing for iceberg lettuce recently. Moved away from that intentionally and went back to more spinach again. That's probably what's got my gut this morning.

Fun plans this evening, but have to get through the day first! Carry on!
