Woke at 216.8, same as yesterday. First actual day of trying to hit stricter keto macros. Watched outstanding Keto Connect video on YouTube last night with recommendations for starting keto (based on their trial and error over the last two years). Good stuff and away we go! UPDATE: Did great at work and came home with 4 net carbs in me. But weighed 220.0 when I got home which I attribute to the sodium in some pork rinds. But my friend Dennis hit some solid money on a scratch off lottery ticket and insisted on taking us out to dinner at Mama Stella's. I only did 'OK' on carbs. It was super cold so I had some lentil soup, which blew the carb cause. Stuffed mushrooms and two glasses of red wine didn't help. No bread or pasta but ended at 50 plus net carbs. Back at it tomorrow!
