That looks very colorful and healthy!! Very nice, indeed! Made my lunch look rather blah! LOL! I had a burger with a bit of onion and mustard on a homemade low carb Swedish Roll.

I had your pizza recipe for lunch! It's very good - I just need to do it with the parchment paper straight on the bars next time.
