Burger time! Had a wonderful hamburger with a two minute almond flour microwave bun! Worked out great! To make: 25 grams almond flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and one egg. Mix up in a small plastic bowl and microwave for two minutes. Slice and use!

Love your enthusiasm. Was the bun worth it, or was it an "eh?" it served it's purpose.

Bill, you could try 1 1/2 minutes. It will be softer. Might not work in your microwave but that's how long I do my "breads" for.
