Woke at 215.2, up .6 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner and will eat 1639 calories. Fasted until 5 pm. UPDATE: Stuck at the computer for most of the day so I did not get my walking in. Did 1.3 miles but may get a few more steps as we are going out to see Rogue One tonight. Without the walking, weighed 213.2 before dinner. Body fat essentially unchanged. Ate calorie goal for dinner, but fat and carbs were high. I was a day off on my daughter arriving (it’s not until tomorrow). Guess I’m anxious! Season’s Greetings!
