Woke at 215.0, same as yesterday. Water weight sticking around although I'm drinking a LOT during the day. Regular and rolling on. Working from home again but decided to walk the length of my house during phone calls and it's working -- 6000 plus steps and 3.5 miles as of 2 pm! Will try a little treadmill later now that I'm recovered. Will weigh in again before dinner and watch the carbs! UPDATE: So at the end of the workday at 5 pm, I have matched my overall calorie burn from yesterday and I've exceeded the number of steps I did two days ago when I killed myself on the treadmill for an hour! All I did today was walk back and forth in my house during business calls. Guess what I'll be continuing? Got 8700 steps and five miles in. Wild. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm. No workout because I walked 11.5K steps and 6.5 miles today just walking the length of my house and back during business calls! Will continue that. Weighed 211.6 before dinner. Ate all those damned cashews so will be lower on carbs starting tomorrow!
