Not looking at scale every day. Using keto strips as motivation again. I'm never full on dark, but they are motivating enough to get from day to day. Wearing a pretty tight pair of shorts today so that I'm mindful of what I put in my mouth. I've been adding the Target equivalent of Mio flavorings to my water, just a tad, and it makes it much more palatable.

Walked the dogs for a solid hour the last two nights. It's raining today, so not sure how that will work out. It's not me, it's the lightning. Pretty cool for San Diego though.

Things seem to be falling back into place. I'm optimistic.
