Woke at 218.6, up 1.6 from yesterday. The battle goes on. But it's gonna take me a day or two to come out on top. Traveling today to a race in Virginia. Targeting 2100 calories. UPDATE: Took my Paleo Bread to the racing event today. Fasted until 2pm. Dale and Ellen did not disappoint with a marvelous selection of lunch meat and cheeses. I made two massive sandwiches that the poor nut flour based bread could barely contain! But it did the job! Ate right on target except I forgot someone handed me a cold Coors Light at the end of the event so I went over by 100. I’ll just eat 2000 tomorrow. Lots of walking today, so exercise was covered (although it wasn’t HIIT). Weighed 220.8 after dinner, so I’ll do an official weigh in tomorrow morning.

Sounds sooo nice! I was in Downtown Virginia Beach. Lots of shopping and no need of a winery, because Dad had stocked up the garage frig. CHEERS!
