I bought another bottle of balsamic yesterday. It’s been a thing lately. Love it.

Kat, I like it a lot with quinoa and/or legumes. They can be kind of "thick" in the mouth, and balsamic vinegar makes them lighter, if that makes sense.

It does make sense. You have an acid cutting through the viscous part of both those things. I have my everyday balsamic and then I have a tiny bottle of fancy stuff I was gifted for ice cream, berries and things like that. Tastes totally different. Good stuff though.

Ahorro mucho tiempo!

Thank you, Wifey, it was delicious!

Kat, do you mean balsamic vinegar cream? I use it to season strawberry salads, but not on ice cream -- I prefer to enjoy its sweetness!

Nope, it’s a old brand from Italy rather than the costco brand I put on everything else. It’s called Botte Piccola do Cavedoni Paolo. Thicker, but still acidic. I cheated and looked at the bottle. Okay, just tasted side by side with the daily stuff, way more complex and different viscosity. Lovely stuff. I could take a spoonful by itself, easily. The other, not so much, definitely needs to go on food. 😝
