Looks creamy and crunchy! I want to learn to make a really good ranch dressing..high fat is fine and to be expected, but want to find a balance that is truly ranch-tasty but not ridiculously high-fat..so that I can be indulgent with my dressing portion AND leave some room for fat in my salad ingredients like bacon and salmon.
