Woke at 239.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Everything I’ve drunk over the last 24 hours has stayed with me. I’ve been experimenting with eating 50 g of protein as soon as I’ve woken, 50 again at lunch, and 50 later, but I don’t think that the extended eating window is serving me well. Going to go back to my first meal at noon. I’ll be out all day tomorrow with several meetings, starting at a silver diner and then going to a lunch place and then a different place for after hours. This is my new normal, so I’ll have to accommodate.
