I use the three-bite rule for dessert, take three normal bites, savor each bite slowly, let the taste linger. Works for me (most of the time).

How did you get so much food on one itty-bitty plate?? Extrapolating on the size of your thumb, that would be a 4 inch diameter plate....unless you have really big thumbs, then it would be 5!
