Woke at 232.0, up .5 from yesterday, the results of a huge breakfast omelet, pork roast and cabbage lunch, and then cauliflower crust pizza for dinner. Don't forget the beer while waiting for Denise at the dentist. So, it's as expected for a day where my calories exceeded my estimated calorie burn. Started today with leaf-blowing and some weeding. Protein coffee at lunchtime, and we'll see what else the day brings. Have a good one!
