Woke at 231.6, up 7 from yesterday after some mixed nuts and pub mix for snacks last night. Trigger foods. UPDATE: Fasted until 1 pm and down to 230.3 before that. I always seem to store up water overnight.

I just had a frustrating and non-productive hour trying to buy things from my local brick-and-mortar stores. Came back at 230.5. amazon.com here we come.

Regarding my comment, I feel bad for brick and mortar stores. No service, no selection. I came home and in 10 minutes for about 50 bucks I got all three things that I needed from amazon.com and they will be delivered tomorrow.
