Woke at 226.0, up 2.2 from yesterday. I am pretty dubious about the store-bought mashed cauliflower. I am also eating cough drops like candy as I try to shake this cold. I ate under 1100 calories while still hitting my protein macros today, so perhaps I'll go down a bit on my last day of the month tomorrow. UPDATE: I started to move some water by the end of the day and got to 225.1.
