I'm totally in love with them! I also detected that I really like sunflower sprouts! And I'm wondering why I did the same sprouts over and over again, there's such a great variety available and all of them pretty healthy 🤗

I just bought some of these in our local bio supermarket. I like the taste, but they were full of fibre and I couldn’t chew them properly. How do you eat them?

@Leeza: I juice them or eat them fresh on a salad. But for the salad you have to take the young sprouts otherwise they are too fibrous 🙃
