Woke at 217.3, up 2.8 from yesterday's post-yard work weigh in. But the same as before dinner last night, which was huge (with a bit of low carb snacking later). I'll take it. I have to go into work for a board of directors meeting tomorrow, so I may eat lunch with colleagues. That might push my October FMD out by one day. Otherwise, this is probably my last high protein day of the month. UPDATE: Got to 217.0 in the mid afternoon.
