Back to tracking better, been in not so great mode lately--avoidance behavior, picking and not tracking. A little here, and a little there, adds up. But, it's a new day and we can choose to start any minute, hours, or day we want. Baby steps again!

Thanks HCB, YOU are my inspiration. Love your commitment and working out so hard. They are opening a gym closer to home, so hopefully when it comes will get back to those workouts. I still do some at work, but no the same as gym.
