Woke at 226.6, up .9 from yesterday. Started the day with a big protein coffee. UPDATE: Weighed 227.2 at 12:30. Eating an omelet with cheese and a wrap, plus some steamed veggies with parmesan. FMD went well last week. I dropped about six pounds of mostly water and maybe a little fat. I will try to stick with meat, veggies, eggs, and a bit of cheese for the remainder of the month (with a low-carb wrap or two tossed in).
