We had to be away from home yesterday, unexpectedly, for most of the day. I got plenty of steps in. I ate a low fat yogurt, which had 8gms of added sugar, before we left which I usually don't do as I do daily Intermittent Fasting. I am not buying more of these yogurts and have Carbmaster low carb yogurt to switch to when these are gone. I have not been eating dairy recently. I keep yogurt on hand for G.I. problems. I usually use unsweetened almond milk when I need a milk substitute. We had to eat away from home yesterday - fast food - we only had an Egg McMuffin which I removed the yolk from. Recently I have not been eating a whole English Muffin nor cheese which can both be triggers. I have not been eating much processed meat lately either, though Canadian bacon is not a horrible processed meat like bologna. I had more meat yesterday than normal but protein intake was about the same as usual. Sodium was okay. My net carbs were higher - closer to my limit. My carbs were still in range but higher than some days. I had less fiber than normal and had to take fiber gummmies to bring that back up. I lost no weight. The yogurt and egg mcmuffin were both bad choices for me, made worse by having them both on the same day. At the end of the day I was tired and sleepy early. Possible blood sugar problems. My carb intake was too high. I need more protein. I always have and am not getting it in consistently.
