Took a decent walk last night, 2.75 miles, got V02up to 26.5, so notching it up a little each day. Stayed close to caloric target, water up, blob slightly down, muscle slightly up. I could let this drive me nuts, but instead I'm looking at it once and moving on. Wearing a blanket sweatshirt out here this morning. 41 outside, 51 inside. Will probably turn on the heat for a bit as I need my fingers to be able to type. My favorite pic of the night. Backlit ears.
