Woke at 219.9, up 1.6 again after quite a lot of bulk eating yesterday. But I topped out at 800 calories so it won’t stick around for long! UPDATE: Got to 219.5 by noon and 219.2 by 5 pm. Takeout Chinese food tonight so I'm getting steamed vegetables. Tomorrow, we'll eat some protein!
