Woke at 221.2, down 2.1 from yesterday after day five of September's fasting-mimicking diet. I am going to drink two cups of black coffee and then hit the exercise bike for some HIIT and then some steady state cardio. I should be able to claim 220-something after that. UPDATE: Did my exercise in the mid afternoon and fasted all day. Went out did some pool maintenance after that (including a lot of swimming). Came in and got a gratifying 220.1 weigh in.
