Woke at 224.4, up 1.3 from yesterday. UPDATE: Got to 224.2 after 16:8 IF. Made a large chicken and peppers dish that I could not finish at lunch. Went out to dinner with Denise and Jason. Did really well, eating a pound of shrimp and no other goodies, but then failed when Jason stopped at Sonic on the way home. Had a small 'blast' and then came home to find it was 870 calories. I guess I'll see what effect that has in the morning.
