Woke at 224.6, down .7 from yesterday. Slept in and then did a little pool maintenance and laid outside for some Vitamin D on both sides. Starting the day with a massive chopped salad but added a can of tuna to bump up the protein a bit. Chicken fajitas tonight (well, the insides for me).
