Got out of Memorial Day eating just over 2700 calories. Add to the 3400 calories I ate on Sunday's day trip, I've got a bit of adjusting to do over the next week. It's not too radical, however. I calculate that I will be able to eat an average of 1150 calories per day over the next five days to get back on the track I was on before this weekend (1020 calorie per day average deficit over the month). That gives me some room to work to try to hit 200 lbs. flat by this Saturday.
