Woke at 230.2, up 4.2 after a delicious but sodium-laden BBQ meal last night. Down to 230.0 by 2 pm but will need to whoosh before getting back to business—light calories this week to catch up. UPDATE: Got to 228.2 with some of the water moving out. Eating about 1000 calories a day this week, so I should be able to get back to the low 220s pretty quickly.
