Yay! I have hives this morning. It's been a couple years since they last visited. Fantastic. Vaccine, stress, 2020 V2.0? All of the above? Probably. Not the first time, it'll be fine, just a massive pain in the butt until they clear. Still feel mostly okay, but slightly "off" as far as overall energy levels, but that could be life in general at this point.

Didn't feel up to swimming last night, but did a long walk at an okay pace. Lots of people out, stopped and talked with people at the "new" restaurant which is booming. Not a fast walk, but enough to close the rings and make the dogs happy. I'm going to try and swim today, but keep it slow and controlled. See if you can spot the coyote in the last pic. Low light image (really almost no light despite the software), she walked right in front of us and across the street. She has pups in the canyon. No hate, just respect, plus they eat rats and other canyon dwellers.

Not sure what's going on with my gut the past two days. I still feel bloated, but functional, it's just uncomfortable. I'm hesitant to take any OTC meds because I wanted that vaccine to do its thing uninhibited although it's probably fine at this point. Gonna live my day and see how I feel in a few hours. Not hungry right now and I've been up more than an hour.

So many thoughts this morning. I'll spare you most.

Sometimes, I want to leave San Diego, but then I walk through my little neighborhood and catch a view like this which I got by standing in the middle of the street while another neighbor and I each watched for traffic for the other so we could take pics and watch it. You don't get that everywhere.

The girls below. It's not all about walking Hogan. Miss Sadie sticking out her tongue while I'm trying to catch her rolling in the grass and Miss Shasta being her goofy self.

Muscle up slightly, blob down slightly, water levels are better, need to keep that focus. Added some lemon juice and ginger juice to my water, will do that again today. I need to plant more ginger this year. It's a great addition to water.

Onwards.

The honest truth is unless it’s acute contact dermatitis, any doctor who says they know what causes hives is not being entirely truthful. They can be allergy, stress, or unknown. I’ve had them on and off for years and spent hundreds of dollars. Now, i know what too do when i get them which is allergy meds, cool baths, destress and never ever change my laundry detergent. Fun!!!

I got them once, a few years back and that's what I did. That's a rough thing to go through Kat. 😕

I have steroid and non-steroid creams, too, but I try to avoid using them. Save that for eczema stuff. which is totally different but also itchy. LOL. and don't feel bad, I'm pretty good at managing it all. I'm actually surprised I didn't get them at all during this last year until just now.
