Yesterday was another horrible day. I picked up lunch for my hub, and then he didn't want one of his sandwiches which I ended eating. It was not what I posted but close in ingredients. THEN last night I make linguini carbonara, and I can't just eat one cup-- I keep coming back for more (and not measuring of course). Hope the day comes again when I get back on REAL track. I can look at any food diary and see what's wrong and why people aren't losing when they say they are trying. I am not even caring lately, but still posting hoping to get motivated. Not happening. Maybe the weather is affecting me, another week of rain, storms, cloudiness.

That's where I've been in the last couple weeks - I'd do good a day or two and then bad and back and forth. I keep coming on because I know that I'm going to get motivated again. Today is my new day and I hope I make it count! Good breakfast so off to a good start. Unfortunately it's only 10am :)
