Weighed in at 215.2 after my daily 16:8 fast and weight lifting workout. Showing the effects of a massive carb overload yesterday as we went out for lunch and then snacks at the movies. Will move towards aligning IIFYM goals for today but will not be able to catch up in one day. Will continue tomorrow. Will attempt to eat 45 grams of fat, 220 protein, 42 fiber, and as few carbs as I can today.
