Woke at 228.4, up .2 from yesterday. Did pretty good on my new macros yesterday. Will continue on with a higher protein target and equal lower macros for carbs and fat. Snowy here. UPDATE: Got to 226.4 before dinner, which was just a few kielbasa links, and some red wine and whiskey for happy hour.
